Reasons You Should Stand with Paxton
Attorney General Ken Paxton deserves our unswerving support in overturning the impeachment charges made by Speaker Phelan, the RINOs and the Communist Democrats in the Texas House. The impeachment proceedings will take place in the Texas Senate beginning September 5, 2023.
It takes a 2/3 majority vote in the Senate to uphold the impeachment. There are 31 State Senators: 19 Republicans and 12 Democrats. That means Paxton needs only 11 of the 19 Republican senators to vote in his favor to acquit him and return him to his position as Texas Attorney General.

Attorney General Ken Paxton has consistently defended conservative values, including free enterprise capitalism, states’ rights, religious liberty, freedom of speech, the right to own guns, protecting citizens by opposing illegal immigration, working to prevent election fraud and protecting children from trans-sex treatment and mutilation surgery.
The following groups oppose Attorney General Paxton because he has been the most proactive, conservative Attorney General in America:
Big Pharma, that created the opioid crisis and lies about the dangers of the Covid shot,
Big Tech, that censors conservatives on social media,
The Mexican Drug Cartel, that brings deadly fentanyl to Texas,
Trans Medical Clinics, that perform sex mutilation surgery on children,
LGBTQIA++, who want to pass laws, forcing society to accept, affirm and celebrate their lifestyles, and have the right to recruit school children into their perverted lifestyles,
The Biden Administration, that is flooding Texas with illegal immigrants,
Pedophiles, who promote Drag Queen Story Hour in schools and public libraries,
RINOs and Communist Democrats, who rig elections and are bought off by lobbyists.
Attorney General Paxton has sued the Biden Administration 47 times over a variety of issues which pit Texas conservative values against the woke, tyrannical policies of the Washington D.C. elites.
A cabal of RINO and Communist Democrat state representatives have organized to destroy Attorney General Paxton because he has been extremely successful in blocking their woke, leftist agenda.
Speaker Dade Phelan appointed a special Texas House General Investigative Committee, composed of 3 RINOs and 2 Democrats, that suddenly met for just a few hours on May 24 and 25. The committee offered a bill of impeachment against Attorney General Paxton which was presented to the full House on May 27, two days before the Legislative Session ended on May 29.
Attorney General Paxton and his legal team were not allowed to present a defense before the House General Investigative Committee or before the members of the Texas House. This violated legal due process. None of the testimony was given under oath, as required by Texas House rules. All the evidence was based solely upon hearsay.
This impeachment was a well planned hatchet job by Attorney General Paxton’s political enemies.
This sham impeachment process was based upon hearsay and gossip. It parroted years of recycled allegations and claims. The testimony was presented to the Committee by lawyers connected to the Biden Dept. of Justice and to Democrat legislators.
The Texas House’s impeachment violated Texas Government Code Section 665.081, which states that an officer in this state may not be removed from office for an act the officer may have committed before the officer’s election to office. Nineteen of the twenty charges against Attorney General Paxton occurred before his recent election to office November 8, 2022.
Texas voters have elected Attorney General Paxton three times, including defeating George P. Bush 68% – 32% in the 2022 Republican Primary. This impeachment process is an attempt by Paxton’s adversaries to overturn his 2022 reelection.
President Donald Trump and Senator Ted Cruz have publicly supported Attorney General Ken Paxton and have called for his acquittal by the Texas Senate.
