Prosecution Witnesses Decimated in Paxton Trial
RINOs and Benedict Arnold Republicans Will Hang Like Haman on the Petard Built for Paxton

Over the past two days in the Paxton Impeachment Trial in the Texas Senate, the three star witnesses for the prosecution have been decimated in cross examination by the defense attorneys, Tony Buzbee, Anthony Osso, Jr. and Mitchell Little. These witnesses were Jeff Mateer, Former First Assistant to the Attorney General, Ryan Bangert, Former Deputy First Assistant, and Ryan Vassar, Former Deputy Attorney General for Legal Counsel.
This was the match up for the cross examinations. Tony Buzbee cross examined Mateer, Anthony Osso cross examined Bangert, and Mitchell Little cross examined Vassar.
These three prosecution witnesses had led a group of 8 lawyers, the whistleblowers at the Attorney General’s office, who turned against Ken Paxton and on September 30, 2020 went to the FBI to report that they thought that Attorney General Ken Paxton was involved in illegal activity. Ryan Vassar testified under oath that the eight (8) attorneys went to the FBI and accused Attorney General Paxton of a supposed criminal activity. When asked by defense attorney Mitchell Little if they had any evidence, Vassar answered, “No, we had no evidence.”
The first 3 days of this trial demonstrate that the Texas House supported a sham impeachment, instigated by Democrats starting in January 2021 because Paxton had challenged the 2020 Presidential Election in a suit before the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Texas House Impeachment of Paxton was railroaded by the General Investigative Committee (GIC), which was suddenly formed by RINO Speaker Phelan and met on May 24-25 for less than 6 hours. The GIC drafted 21 articles of impeachment against Paxton which were presented to the House for a vote on Saturday, May 27. The session ended two days later on May 29.
The RINOs in leadership of the Texas House let it be known among the Republican state reps that they had better vote for the articles of impeachment or else they could not expect to receive financial support in their reelection campaigns and could not expect to be appointed to key committees in the 2025 legislative session.
There were only 23 Republicans who had the courage to vote against the impeachment. All 67 Democrat house members and 60 Republican house members voted for impeachment.
The leader of the RINO pack is the RINO Speaker of the House, Dade Phelan with his cabal of RINOs in leadership, Charlie Geren, Dustin Burrows, Jeff Leach, Craig Goldman, to name a few. Many of the other Republicans were Benedict Arnolds, traitors, like Rep. Briscoe Cain.
Just like Haman who, in the Book of Esther in the Bible, was hung on his own petard that he had built for Mordecai, so these RINO’s and Benedict Arnold House Republicans will hang on their own petards that they meant for Attorney General Ken Paxton. They will pay the price in the 2024 Republican Primary Elections. Their political careers are over.

Behind the curtains are those who appear to be orchestrating the campaign to destroy Ken Paxton. They are Dick Trabulsi and Dick Weekly of Texans for Lawsuit Reform, Karl Rove, the Bush family, Greg Abbott, and their woke corporate supporters, also the Biden administration.
