Mitch McConnell Fears Judge Roy Moore’s Strong Christian Conservative Positions; Prefers Democrat

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell reacted very quickly to condemn former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice over the sexual allegations that have been made against him. He publicly stated that Moore should drop out of the campaign for Senate seat vacated when Jeff Sessions became America’s 84th Attorney General.

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey appointed the State Attorney General Luther Strange to fill Sessions’ senate seat until a special election could be held. Strange ran in the primary against Moore, finishing second to Moore in the first primary and the second. Strange was endorsed by McConnell because he quickly became a McConnell yes-man and adapted to the Swamp mentality that has been stagnating Congress for the past decade.

None of the allegations against Moore have yet to be proven, while two of the main allegations that have been made have serious doubt as to their validity. One of Moore’s accusers was found to have worked for the Hillary Clinton campaign – I seriously doubt that’s a mere coincidence.

Another accuser, Beverly Young Nelson claims Moore’s signature from her high school yearbook proves she knew Moore and that he dated her while she was in high school and he was in his 30s. Nelson’s stepson has said her story is a ‘100% pure lie’. A minister who dated her during the time she claims the incident with Moore happened says that he seriously doubts her story.

Perhaps more damning is the signature in Nelson’s yearbook, which supposedly took place in 1977. In 1999, Nelson got a divorce and her divorce papers has the stamped signature of Roy Moore, followed by a slash the initials D.A. for Delbra Adams, Moore’s secretary and legal assistant at the time of Nelson’s divorce, indicating that she stamped Moore’s signature to the document and then initialed it to make it legal. The signature in the yearbook also contains a slash behind Moore’s name and the same initials D.A. Moore would not have signed anything and add his assistant’s initials behind it.

But even with no proof of guilt and growing proof of the allegations against Moore as being false or highly questionable, McConnell not only has stated that Moore should step out of the Senate race, but has said that if Moore is elected, he will take measures to oust him from the Senate.

Now we have the accusations made against a sitting Senator, Al Franken (D-MN). Two women have made sexual allegation against Franken and he has not denied them but tried to excuse them. In a recent poll, 55% of those polled say that Franken should resign from the Senate, but he refuses to resign, at least for now.

What is McConnell’s reaction to the allegations against Franken? SILENCE!!!

McConnell has remained silent about taking any action to remove Franken from the Senate for his confirmed sexual misconduct but he continues to say that he will remove Moore if elected when none of the allegations against him have ever been confirmed.

Why? McConnell fears Moore because he is not a Swamp Republican nor is he a RINO who will bend down to McConnell and do his bidding. Moore is a strict conservative who stands behind many of President Trump’s agenda items and policies that McConnell has been fighting against.

Republicans hold a very narrow lead in the Senate with 52 seats. Democrats hold 46 and Independents who always vote with the Democrats hold 2 seats. McConnell fears Moore so much that he is willing at this stage to allow a Democrat to win the Senate seat from Alabama and narrow the advantage to a dangerous 51-49.

Mitch McConnell is the one who no longer belongs in the Senate and definitely not as Senate Majority Leader. He is the worst thing for Senate Republicans and an effort should be made to replace him ASAP!
