Emgage is the political arm of a Muslim Brotherhood influence operation co-founded by Khurrum Wahid, a longtime CAIR legal advisor who made his name defending clients in national-security cases – including jihadi Sami Al-Arian.

Jihadi Al-Arian was the University of South Florida professor who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide services to Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the State Department-designated terrorist group behind suicide bombings.

Taqiyya is the Islamic doctrinal practice of concealment or outright deception directed primarily at non-Muslims. It permits Muslims to hide their true beliefs, intentions, or religious identity. and to lie, use ambiguous wording, or feign friendlines when it serves to protect or advance Islamic interests, especially in situations of weakness, conflict, or opportunity against non-Muslims.

According those analysts who have deeply studied Islamic primary sources, i.e. the Quran, hadith, fiqh manuals, and classical commentaries, taqiyya is a doctrine of deception that has been applied to advance Islam strategically in non-Muslim societies, especially when Muslims are in a position of weakness. Muslims use taqiya for political advantage and long-term expansion. Deception in conflict includes feigning peace, alliances, or friendliness to weaken opponents. Muslims use stealth phases in non-Islamic cultures.

Muslims now emphasize treachery and misleading as superior to open confrontation in jihad. When Muslims are in minority or weak positions, concealment and ambiguity help build influence without triggering resistance. Taqiya advances Sharia and Islamic norms through gradual non-violent means, downplaying doctrines publicly, presenting moderate faces, infiltrating institutions, and using interfaith dialogue or migration strategically while holding expansionist goals. Taqiyya can and has been used to further Islam in non-Muslim settings by concealing intentions, building numbers and influence quietly, and then striking or expanding through jihad when strong.”

The purpose of TAQIYYA is to cultivate Islam into non-Muslim cultures with the ultimate goal of expanding Islam globally. THINK ABOUT THIS: Why do Mamdani and El-Sayed present themselves as clean cut “American” men in business suits instead of following “the example of the Prophet Muhammad) who commonly wore a turban and long, modest robes or shirts. Hadiths describe this as a mark of dignity, a “crown of the Arabs,” or a “distinction for Muslims.” This is common dress for men in Muslim countries.

“You are the gatekeepers. Our safety is on your watch.

The Council still approved it 7-0.
