Pro-Family Leaders stand with Rep. Andy Biggs and those challenging status quo republican leadership in U.S. House
Different Results Require Different Leadership
By Janet Porter
Pro-life and pro-family leaders from around the nation joined together to stand with Congressman Andy Biggs and those challenging the status quo leadership in the U.S. House who have failed to defend: life, voter integrity, marriage, and a true representative form of government that can be held accountable for their actions and inactions.
“If you have a guy running for Speaker who is unwilling to be challenged or accountable, that tells you everything you need to know,” said Faith2Action President Janet Porter, speaking of current leadership’s unwillingness to allow a member to file a “Motion to vacate the chair,” or challenge a Speaker whom members want to replace.
Mark Harrington, founder of Created Equal, agreed, adding, “’We the People’ must never be replaced by a Pelosi-like, unaccountable, irreversible, tyrannical rule of one.”
“What happened to the red wave? There was a red wave in Florida because the Republican legislature had adopted strict laws enforcing election integrity. The Republicans in Congress should be leading the charge, demanding election integrity nationwide,” said Dr. Steve Hotze, President of Conservative Republicans of Texas, who has exposed widespread Democrat election fraud in Harris County, Houston, Texas. “If the election fraud across the nation is anything like we’ve seen in Houston, then we need new Republican leadership willing to demand election integrity now. If not, then we will be like a third world nation and the 2024 Republican Presidential nominee won’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of being elected.”
“Rep. Andy Biggs has been a conservative leader for decades,” said Andy Schlafly, of Phyllis Schlafly’s Eagles, “We need to win Arizona in 2024 and having his courageous leadership from that state makes him the perfect choice of Speaker now.”
“Yesterday’s failed leadership didn’t deliver results,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “They didn’t repeal Obamacare, they didn’t protect life or marriage—they even forced us to fund Planned Parenthood, who violently aborts more than 1000 children each day.” Newman added, “We need a change in Republican leadership because lives depend on it.”
“I commend Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Bob Good (R-VA), Ralph Norman (R-SC), and Matt Rosendale (R-MT) for their courageous stand for much-needed change.” said Lisa Pannett, founder of the Missouri-based group, Sanity. “This is our chance to take back our government with leaders who are willing to be accountable, leaders who are willing to fix the fraud, defend life, liberty, and the family.”
“Republican Leadership of the past refused to bring the pro-life Heartbeat Bill to a floor vote, despite the fact that it had more co-sponsors than any other pro-life bill in Congress,” said Lori Viars, of Warren County Right to Life. “We need leaders who will use elections to save babies instead of using babies to get elected.”
Mark Harrington added, ”If we want different results, we must demand different leaders from those who represent us. I stand with Andy Biggs and those willing to challenge the failed status quo.”
