Please share this Facebook Event video and information about the Hurricane Harvey Flood Recovery Meeting scheduled for this Saturday, September 16, at 12 noon, at The Great Southwest Equestrian Center. This event is being sponsored by Hotze Health & Wellness Center.
Join me for this meeting where three topics will be discussed that will help you with your hurricane recovery plan.
- Legal – Lawyers will present to discuss legal remedies which may allow you to regain your financial loss from flooding. Inverse Condemnation is a situation in which the government takes private property, but fails to pay the compensation required by the 5th Amendment of the Constitution, so the property’s owner has grounds to sue the government authorities for just compensation.
- Medical – Dr. Hotze will discuss the health hazards of flooded homes and the actions you can take to prevent yourself from having a serious illness.
- Home Remediation – Mr. Toner Kersting, Residential Home Forensic Specialist, known as the “Houston House Whisperer,” will discuss the remediation and reconstruction requirements and pitfalls to consider when your home has been flooded.
