When it comes to healthcare reform, President Trump is no longer playing nice with the traitors in the U.S. Congress.
Americans wholeheartedly want Obamacare repealed. The system, which has long been destined for failure, has raised the cost of healthcare in America to unacceptable levels in its short enforceable time as law. When Donald Trump promised to make repeal and replace Obamacare high on his priority list, We The People voted to put him in the White House. We made a statement: It’s time for Obamacare to go.
This week, however, has shown us that Congress is still functioning on the terms of the Washington elite, who, unsurprisingly, have recused themselves from being forced to use the shoddy system.
Led by RINO John McCain, a number of congressional republicans defected against the President, ergo, defecting against the will of the American people, by voting “no” on the so-called “skinny repeal” bill this week. Americans let out a synchronized and exasperated sigh of frustration, once again, as Congress defied their wishes. No one, however, was more upset at the news than President Trump was.
In true Trump fashion, the President took to Twitter to eviscerate those who dared to deny We The People of our wishes, going so far as to threaten to kill Obamacare with his own two hands.
“President Trump on Saturday threatened to end key payments to insurance companies made under Obamacare if a repeal and replace bill is not passed.
“‘After seven years of “talking” Repeal & Replace, the people of our great country are still being forced to live with imploding ObamaCare!’ the president wrote in a tweet.
“‘If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, BAILOUTS for Insurance Companies and BAILOUTS for Members of Congress will end very soon!’ he added.
“Trump has previously threatened to withhold the payments, known as Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) payments, which lower the amount individuals have to pay for deductibles, copayments and insurance.”
The President has once again reiterated his dedication to giving Americans what they voted for, while McCain and the turncoats continue their “resistance” and obstruction.
Trump has found himself stymied time and again by this do-nothing congress. While the left openly “resists” the President via their full-time opposition to his agenda, a number of covert republican traitors have been working behind the scenes to prevent the Commander in Chief from succeeding. The impetus for such treason is simply the wealth and power that has gained by these congressmen during their time as a cog in the Washington wheel. Trump threatens that status quo, and that threatens their paycheck.
Perhaps the nation wasn’t truly ready for a President Trump…We know that Congress certainly wasn’t.
