SB 6: No Men in Women’s Bathrooms

No men should be allowed in women’s bathrooms, showers or locker rooms. How hard is this to get? Yet, the wicked homosexual movement and its allies in the Marxist, communist Democrat party and some RINOs want to create moral anarchy in society and allow perverted men, who claim to be women, to invade the privacy of our wives, daughters and granddaughters. They even want this to become the policy in the government public schools.

These evildoers will not be satisfied until they have forced every person, business, school and church to accept, affirm and celebrate the perverted homosexual lifestyle.

“He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the lord.” (Proverbs 17:15)

Unless we pass Senate Bill 6 (SB 6), businesses, schools, churches and other public establishments in many Texas cities will be forced to allow men, who claim that they are ‘women,’ to use women’s and girls’ public bathrooms, shower and locker room facilities.

SB 6, the Women’s Privacy Act, means “NO Men in Women’s Bathrooms. No Boys in Girls’ Showers or Locker Rooms.”

We must not allow the invasion of the privacy of women and girls and place them in harm’s way.  There are 50,000 registered and convicted sexual predators in Texas. This just scratches the surface of this dangerous problem.

Perverted men should not be able to claim that they are “women” and use this as legal shield to invade the privacy of our women and girls when they are most vulnerable. Already in some Texas Independent School Districts boys who claim to be girls are allowed to share shower and locker room facilities with girls, just as it has happened in California and in other states and cities across the nation.

Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and Atty. Gen. Ken Paxton have fought to keep this from happening in Texas public schools. That is why Lt. Governor Patrick asked Sen. Lois Kolkhorst to introduce SB 6, the Women’s Privacy Act. Governor Dan Patrick and Sen. Kolkhorst held a press conference announcing the legislation that you can watch here.

SB 6 would prevent this from happening in Texas. There is no reason that men should be allowed to use women’s public bathrooms, showers or locker rooms just because they say that they ‘feel’ like a woman. Feelings do not change the facts. A man who says that he a “transgender female” is still a man, no matter what he thinks he is. You cannot change your genes, even if you remove your body parts. A man dressed as a woman is a man who is engaging in deviant activity.

Allowing men who claim to be “women” to use women’s and girl’s bathrooms, showers and locker rooms discriminates against women by forcing them potentially to be exposed to troubled men who want to invade their privacy and who may even be planning to harm them.

It seems prudent for society to maintain separate men and women bathroom, shower and locker room facilities in order to prevent women and girls from being placed in situations where their privacy could be invaded and where assaults could occur.  Our focus should be on preventing assaults before they happen.

The real, unspoken reason that the homosexual political movement (LGBT) opposes SB 6 is because it wants to normalize deviant sexual behavior. It is obvious to any unbiased observer that this would open the door to perverted behavior and potential criminal activity.

The homosexual political movement (LGBT) and its allies in the Texas legislature, at the Texas Business Association and in the media want you to believe that by defeating SB 6 ordinance they will be supporting diversity and equal rights in Texas. This is a smoke screen for their real purpose which is to make “sexual orientation” and “gender identification” two new protected minority classes. It is sheer idiocy to create a protected minority class based upon a person’s chosen lifestyle. A moral wrong does not create a civil right.

The real intention of the homosexual political movement (LGBT) is to force individuals, churches, schools, businesses and civil government to accept, affirm and celebrate those individuals who choose to practice the perverted homosexual or transgender lifestyle.

“The wicked strut about on every side, when vileness is exalted among the sons of men.” (Psalm 12:8)

The slide into Sodom and Gomorrah starts with a slippery slope.

Who would have ever thought that we would have to debate this issue? We must restore the deteriorating moral fabricate of our society by returning to obedience to Biblical standards of behavior.

The privacy of women and girls must be protected by passing SB 6, the Women’s Privacy Act.
