Yesterday, the Texas Senate State Affairs Committee held a hearing on SB 3, the Women’s Privacy Act, “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!” The committee passed SB 3, by an overwhelming 8-1 margin. This bill was introduced in the Texas Senate during the Special Session. It will easily pass the full Texas Senate next week. SB 3 now goes to the Texas House where Speaker Straus will kill it unless he is removed speaker.  Patrick was a guest on the Mark Davis Show on 660 AM Radio Houston. Patrick said that Straus is “a Republican who has a Democrat as his chief of staff, a Democrat consultant and who gets elected by 55 Democrats.” That means that Straus is a RINO, a Republican in name only. Patrick further stated that “That’s how he stays in office. The speaker has to keep his Democrat base of 55 House members happy otherwise he’s not speaker.”

Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, the author of SB 3, said it succinctly, “We must choose our daughters over dollars.” She is referencing the testimony of Jeff Mosely, President of the Texas Association of Businesses (TAB). Mosely spoke against the bill, saying that it would cause millions of dollars of lost revenue to Texas because businesses would boycott Texas. Come on Jeff, you know better. Families will flood to Texas when our state legislature protects women’s and girls’ privacy and safety and does not cave in to the homosexual political agenda. If there are businesses that care more about their profits than protecting women’s and girls’ privacy and safety, then I say pox on those businesses. Send them packing to California, where the perverse and deviant congregate.

“He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them are an abomination to the Lord.” (Proverbs 17:15)

If we want God to bless Texas and have a prosperous state then we must follow His laws. This is not rocket science. “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall mediate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” (Joshua 1:8)

Contact your Republican state representative on Monday and tell him or her to vote to “Oust Straus” as speaker and pass SB 3 the Women’s Privacy Act, “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!” during this Special Session. You can click on this link to find out who your state representative is, http://www.house.state.tx.us/members/find-your-representative/.

The issue is really simple, we believe that there should be “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!” Doesn’t this make common sense to you?

I am not going to tell you what a detrimental effect it would be to allow boys in public schools, who simply claim that they are girls, to be allowed to use the girls’ bathrooms, showers and locker rooms in our schools. You can let your common sense determine that for yourself.
Wouldn’t you agree that it is good policy to maintain separate men’s and women’s bathrooms, showers and locker rooms in order to protect women’s and girls’ privacy and safety?

A person’s gender is determined at conception. It is a biological and scientific fact of nature. No matter if a man thinks, believes or feels that he is a woman, he is not. He is no more a woman than if he thinks, believes or feels that he is a dog, even though he can bark and chase squirrels with the best of them. The truth matters.

This “transgender” philosophy is a perversion of the truth. Why in the world should we allow those individuals, who are sexually deviant in their thinking, to force their destructive values on the rest of us, to the detriment of women’s and girls’ privacy and safety? Thank God that there are men and women like Lt. Gov. Patrick and Sen. Kolkhorst who have the courage of their convictions to say, “Enough is enough!” They finally told the Emperor that he had no clothes on.

Many of you have already taken a stand on this crucial issue of protecting our mothers’, wives’, daughters’ and granddaughters’ privacy and safety. You must keep the pressure on your state representative.

It tells you a lot about the decline in the moral fabric of our nation that we even have to pass this legislation to protect women’s and girls’ privacy and safety. The choice is straight forward and I wrote about it earlier in CRTX News, http://crtxnews.com/texas-legislators-two-choices-sb-6-no-men-womens-bathrooms-pee-lgbt/.

You are either for “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!” or for “I Pee with the LGBT.” Be sure to watch the homosexuals’ TV spot, “I Pee with the LGBT,” which was paid for by the ACLU, http://crtxnews.com/texas-legislators-two-choices-sb-6-no-men-womens-bathrooms-pee-lgbt/which. You have to see it to believe it. You can’t make this stuff up.

The Texas legislature needs to pass SB 6, the Women’s Privacy Act, “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!” during this Special Session. In order to accomplish this, the Republican state representative need to “Oust Straus” and replace him with a stalwart conservative Republican.
