The Roman government entertained the Roman citizens with gladiators in the colosseum while the corrupt politicians allowed the barbarians to invade and destroy the Roman Empire. The Roman gladiators would have been foolish to flagrantly disgrace or dishonor the Roman Empire. If they had done so, then they would have been fed to the lions. The Romans were tough. They fed thousands of Christians to the lions and crucified thousands of others. History seems to be repeating itself.
Bob McNair, owner of the Texans, commented about the NFL players who have refused to stand during the National Anthem saying, “The inmates are running the asylum.” He was castigated by the NFL players and the communist Antifa supporting press. McNair later apologized, saying he was just using an analogy.
McNair should have said, “The ingrates are running the NFL.” Many of the NFL players are indeed ingrates.
These ingrate players are claiming to protest police treatment of blacks in America. They complain that too many black males are arrested and put in prison. The reason they are jailed is because they committed criminal activites; which means they are criminals. The police routinely arrested, try and send criminals to prison regardless of race, creed or color.
These NFL players need to look at their own communities, which they claim to stand up for, and provide leadership. Why aren’t they protesting black on black murders? Year to date in 2017, there have been 544 Chicagoans shot and killed and 2,593 shot and wounded. Nearly all are black. Thousands more blacks have been killed by other blacks nationwide.
There has been a breakdown of the black family with over 72% of their children born out of wedlock. Where are the NFL players who should be calling for personal responsibility among black males to take care of the children they sire. Rather than taking blame for the deficiencies in their own community, these ingrate NFL players are blaming white society and the police for the failures in their communities. These ingrate NFL players are dishonoring the principles for which the American flag stands and for which hundreds of thousands of American soldiers have died to protect, many of whom were black.
These NFL player protests are all part of the long term Communist plan to create conflict between the races to destabilize society. Chicagoan communist, community organizer, Saul Alinsky, wrote about this in his book, Rules for Radicals, in which he praised Lucifer as the first revolutionary. He was Obama’s mentor in Chicago. The NFL players are unwittingly participating in this effort, some maybe knowingly.

The breakdown of the black family started with the welfare society created by President Lyndon Johnson in the 1960s. Johnson said that by getting blacks on welfare, the Democrats would have the black vote for 200 years. In 1965, 24% of African-American infants were born to single mothers, now it is 72%. Many live on the federal government plantation, slaves to the welfare state. They support the Democrats who have kept many of them on the plantation.
There are many fine black leaders who have recognized this situation and who advocate conservative values and principles. Men such as Dr. Alan Keyes and Dr. Ben Carson, both former presidential candidates, and Rev. Bill Owens, president of Coalition of African American Pastors, and many others.
These ingrate NFL players claim that they have the right to freedom of speech. They do, but an NFL owner doesn’t have the obligation to tolerate their speech, any more than a business has an obligation to allow an employee to speak in a manner that would damage the public reputation of that business. Say whatever you want in word or action, but know that your employer has the right to fire you if it harms his business.
In response to McNair’s statement, his player employees joined a national movement born to slander America by staging a high-profile protests yesterday, which further dishonored our nation’s sacred symbols, the flag and the National Anthem.
When most of the Houston Texans took a knee before their game in Seattle this past Sunday, they joined an NFL-sanctioned, anti-American, communist Antifa wave that is as destructive to our country’s long-term health as cancer is to the human body.
Whether it was the Texans taking the knee in Seattle or Jacksonville taking the knee on foreign soil in the United Kingdom, the Texans and the Jaguars, and all those other NFL teams that tolerate this workplace behavior have a common denominator of callous disrespect for America. They are showing outright contempt for the sacrifices of millions of soldiers who have served, fought and died for the cause of freedom, which has allowed these NFL ingrates to play football and become wealthy.
These NFL ingrates have demonstrated contempt and disrespect for the great symbols of our country.
On the other hand, conservatives have demonstrated the courage to fight for our principles, even when the odds are stacked against us. It’s what we do, because we have a responsibility before God to pursue justice and to defend the values that He has given us in the Bible. We also have a responsibility to preserve, protect, and defend the values of the United States of America which has historically protected our rights, and defeated wicked nations like Nazi Germany and Communist Russia. Remember that Reagan had the courage to challenge Russian Premier Gorbachev in Berlin in 1987, telling him, “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” Reagan was speaking of the Berlin Wall which came tumbling down in 1989.
Can you justify watching from the grandstands as the employees of the NFL teams are permitted, by cowardly NFL executives and owners, to conduct an assault on the symbols of our American values? It’s wrong for us to help NFL executives, team owners and players generate enormous profits while they show a contemptuous disrespect for the symbols that represent our American values.
Those of us who take pride in America should not buy another ticket to an NFL game, another souvenir or tune into any NFL games on TV. To support these pathetic owners and their ingrate players simply boosts the ratings and profitability for the NFL, NFL teams their ingrate players to openly dishonor our nation.
Enough is enough.
Hit them in the pocket book! These despicable owners will understand that and nothing else. They have sold their souls for filthy lucre.
All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men and women to do nothing! It’s time for you to demonstrate the courage of your convictions and tell the NFL, its executives, owners and players to take a hike.
