How Eating Steak Promotes Patriarchy and Prevents Transgenderism; Video Fox News’ Jesse Watters Interviews Snowflake Professor

Fox News host Jesse Watters had an interesting debate with a leftist who claimed eating meat symbolizes gender stereotypes, but it’s what a producer put on the table that left this feminist stunned.

As noted by Fox News Insider, Watters was debating a doctoral candidate from Penn State University two weeks ago, when the woman claimed that eating meat reinforces “toxic masculinity” and patriarchy.

Anne DeLessio-Parson published an article in the “Journal of Feminist Geography” in November after studying and analyzing Argentina’s “meat-centric culture.”

“I contend that in such a context, we cannot separate the ways people ‘do vegetarianism’ from how they ‘do gender,’” Anne DeLessio-Parson wrote. “Doing vegetarianism in interactions drives social change, contributing to the de-linking of meat from gender hegemony and revealing the resisting and reworking of gender in food spaces.”

DeLessio-Parson claimed that being a vegetarian in Argentina perpetuates the cycle of traditionalists believing that there are only two sexes, masculine and feminine.

“Vegetarians defy attempts to hold them accountable to gendered social expectations,” she wrote. “Women, for example, assert authority over their diets; men embody rejection of the meat-masculinity nexus by adopting a worldview that also rejects sexism and racism.”

While interviewing DeLessio-Parson on his show, “Watters World,” on Dec. 16, Watters had a producer bring out a big plate of steak to place on the table during the interview.

As DeLessio-Parson was babbling that eating meat “creates toxic masculinity” that “reinforces certain social structures, including patriarchy,” Watters trolled the feminist by eating the steak during the interview and telling her how delicious it was.

“Is this bad — that I’m eating meat?” Watters asked.

DeLessio-Parson claimed it would be more acceptable to eat meat if one hunted for it and killed the animal personally rather than “enjoying the benefit with the blood on someone else’s hands.”

“What if you’re just hungry, and the animals are there for us to enjoy?” Watters fired back.

Check out the hilarious exchange below between Watters and DeLessio-Parson:

The premise of DeLessio-Parson’s entire argument is silly, but these are central talking points for many easily triggered feminists nowadays.

It’s unfathomable to believe that consuming something, in this case meat, creates a cultural of sexism that forbids women opportunities in society that are equal to men.

Watters reached expert troll level with this one.
