Greetings to you in the name of Christ our King!
Through your outstanding legal counsel and advocacy, the Lord gave us a tremendous victory on May 20, 2025, when Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare dismissed all four indictments against me — unlawful restraint, aggravated assault, robbery, and organized crime — charges brought against me on April 20, 2022.
This triumph, freeing me from four years of official oppression and malicious prosecution, born out of a political vendetta against me, is a testimony to your determination, your courage, and your legal wisdom. You never wavered, despaired, nor compromised our position. Your legal strategy withstood every assault. You are a true champion, who faithfully and successfully fought to ensure that justice prevailed.
To God be the glory for this victory!

“No weapon that is formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that accuses you in judgment will be condemned. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me, declares the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)
For four years, we faced an onslaught of prosecutorial misconduct by former Harris County DA Kim Ogg, a wicked political foe driven by malice toward me. She used lawfare attacks to try to intimidate me and prevent me from pursuing election integrity by exposing and stopping the Democrats’ vote fraud machine. As it is written, “Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law strive with them.” (Proverbs 28:4) With a firm reliance upon God’s divine providence, we strove valiantly, and God defeated our formidable adversary.
“But thanks be to God, who always leads us in victory and triumph in Christ.” (2 Corinthians 2:14)
You provided my defense by taking the offensive with multiple motions that unmasked Ogg’s nefarious actions. Your presentations in court were articulate and compelling. You were as bold as a lion and as wise as a sage in defending my position. Your legal expertise was used by God to shield me from my adversary. Your loyalty was a pillar of strength to me, and your faithful prayers, claiming God’s promises for dismissal, were of great encouragement.
The burdens of this trial, meant to break my spirit and resources, were overcome through your Godly determination and indomitable spirit. You proved your mettle in battle.
Your diligent efforts sowed the seeds for our federal lawsuit, filed under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 on December 31, 2024, against former District Attorney Kim Ogg for her prosecutorial wickedness and official oppression. As this cause now stands in Federal District Court before Judge Hoyt, I trust that the Lord will provide you with wisdom, insight, and knowledge to successfully prosecute my case against Kim Ogg. May God turn the heart of Judge Hoyt to uphold justice in this case.
Together, we must press on with boldness and courage to expose vote fraud in Harris County. You have filed my lawsuit against former Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector and voter registrar, Ann Bennett, to purge illegal voter rolls of over 400,000 names of people who live outside Harris County or out of state. Over 205,000 of these names were used to cast votes in the 2024 General Election. So, we are applying the Eighth Commandment to civil government in Harris County, “Thou shalt not steal.”
The battle has not ended, but with you, my fellow Christian warrior, as my advocate, I am committed to pressing the battle to ensure election integrity in Harris County to its successful conclusion.
Jared, we have stood together for 25 years, soldiers of the cross of Christ, wielding the sword of truth, the word of God, to advance Biblical principles in civil government. May God enable us to remain resolute in our efforts to restore our nation to the Christian heritage and faith of our Founding Fathers.
Jared, I give thanks to God for you. You are honored by all who know you as a courageous Christian Patriot. Your advocacy for me in the service of our King Jesus is a treasured blessing for which I will be eternally grateful.
