How Christians are being run off the land in America

Investigating 17 th-19 th-century American history without including the impact of Biblically-based Christian education would be off the mark and counterfactual. What currently is happening regarding American educational learning theories amounts to wall-to-wall rebellion against any kind of Biblical faith and order.

America’s Founders advanced with unflagging resolve the conception that when a Biblically-based culture is lacking, society moves toward “widespread, systemic violations of law, which brings on anarchy, both as its natural consequence and as its fitting punishment.” [1] The backsliding of moral ideas and values in America arises from the changing of gods.

The source of law in any society is invariably the god of that society. Secularism (the religion of the state) has become that god in America, and its chieftains, hostile to Christianity, regulate its culture forthwith. No society can exist without a religious foundation. Public Education, Higher Learning, City Hall, Big Business, the Courts, Hollywood, media, medicine, and politics have largely formulated the morality of the religion of Secularism into the culture.

It is beyond question that Christians founded America and not atheists, pagan freethinkers or nonreligious agnostics. The Founders established Christianity as the official religion of America in their state constitutions. Naysayers need here to be reminded of the words of John Adams: “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.”

DELAWARE , the first State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, stated in its 1776 State Constitution:

‘I … profess faith in GOD THE FATHER, and in JESUS CHRIST His only Son, and in the HOLY GHOST, one God, blessed for evermore; and I do acknowledge the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be given by Divine inspiration.'”

PENNSYLVANIA , the 2nd State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, stated in its 1776 State Constitution, signed by Ben Franklin:

‘I do believe in one GOD, the Creator and Governor of the Universe, the Rewarder of the good and the Punisher of the wicked. And I do acknowledge the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be given by Divine Inspiration.'”

NEW JERSEY , the 3rd State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, stated in its 1776 State Constitution:

“All persons, professing a belief in the faith of any PROTESTANT sect, who shall demean themselves peaceably under the government … shall be capable of being elected.”
CONNECTICUT , the 5th State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, retained its 1639 Fundamental Orders and 1662 Colonial Charter, which established the PROTESTANT CONGREGATIONAL faith till 1818:

“By the Providence of GOD … having from their ancestors derived a free and excellent Constitution … whereby the legislature depends on the free and annual election … The free fruition of such liberties and privileges as humanity, civility and CHRISTIANITY call for.”
MASSACHUSETTS , the 6th State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, stated in its 1780 State Constitution, written by John Adams:

“Any person … before he … execute the duties of his … office …[shall] subscribe … ‘I … declare, that I believe the CHRISTIAN religion, and have a firm persuasion of its truth’ …

The legislature shall … authorize the support and maintenance of public PROTESTANT teachers of piety, religion and morality.” [2]
SOUTH CAROLINA , the 8th State to ratify the U.S. Constitution, stated in its 1778 State Constitution:

“No person shall be eligible to a seat…unless he be of the PROTESTANT religion … The CHRISTIAN PROTESTANT religion shall be deemed … the established religion of this State.”

Given that, it may be doubted whether America’s Founders would have sanctioned the ‘ Multicultural Ceremony’ in the Rose Garden on last week’sNational Day of Prayer.
President Trump’s staff evidently did not learn the unpleasant lesson of a ‘broadening’ syncretistic service, but chose to emulate Barack Hussein Obama’s approach: 1) offend Almighty God, and 2) impose multiculturalism on a once Biblically-based people.

Let’s be frank, ‘ syncretism’ is the combining of different, often seemingly contradictory beliefs, melding practices of various schools of thoughts and religions. The Bible strictly forbids syncretistic worship (the mingling of biblical and pagan religions) as it is a violation of the First Commandment – “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Infringement of this commandment brings judgment on a nation.

In today’s America two distinct and immutable religions – Christianity vs. Secularism – are contending for cultural control of the public square. Each worldview is in and of itself expansive and evangelistic, yet one is true and the other is false.

There will be no reconciliation of opposites with God: One will ultimately end in the destruction of the other … for Jesus reigns.

The Book of Joshua provides the key for all subsequent teaching on resurrecting the once Biblically-based culture in America. “On the one hand Canaan was a free gift unto Israel, which they entered by grace alone; and on the other, that they had to fight for every inch of it!” [3] Like ancient Israel, Christians in America will have to engage the battle in the public square or be run out of the land.

Gideons and Rahabs are moving quickly into the public square. This has to happen if America is to survive.
