The Reasons You Should Support Weston Martinez for Chairman

These Are the Reasons You Should Support Me for Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas Weston Martinez

  1. I am the only candidate for State Chair who has a plan to eliminate the voter registration database which, long-term, will prevent voter fraud by preventing dead people from voting, preventing out-of-state voting, and preventing illegals from voting.

Also, I am the only candidate running for Chair who is calling on the Texas Secretary of State to eliminate the 29 waivers connected to ballot handling/process/integrity. Doing so will help ensure that the 2024 General Election will be more open, transparent, and lawful.

  1. I will call for an audit to be conducted in different General Election contests in different cities across the state so that those who attempt fraud will not know if a particular race will be audited.

As the founder of the Voter Fraud Bureau of Investigation, I will continue to call on Texans to man polling locations with our uniforms that say VFBI Report Voter Fraud now. This strong public presence will help deter voter fraud.

As previously stated, by eliminating the voter registration database, we will significantly reduce voting by non-citizens.

While many of these tools will require legislative solutions, having the Secretary of State eliminate voting centers will provide a highly effective short-term solution in the interim.

  1. We must repeal Election Code 43.007 to remove gray areas and prevent ambiguities. We must also:

(1) Return prosecutorial authority for election fraud to the Attorney General of Texas

(2) Require proof of citizenship and a Texas state-issued ID to register to vote in Texas, and prohibit the use of a utility bill to register.

(3) Return to hand-counted, sequentially numbered paper ballots, and employ blockchain technology to detect tampering

(4) Eliminate voting centers and return to precinct-level voting only

(5) Eliminate the break between early voting and election day in order to minimize fraud, abuse, and chain of custody issues

(6) Provide Texas Department of Public Safety protection to Presidential Electors to avoid threats and intimidation and bind them to only vote for the majority vote-getter.

Additionally, we should elect the Texas Secretary of State so that Texas’ chief election officer is directly responsible to the people, and; Close Primaries in order to minimize the ability of Democrats to influence Republican Primaries by voting for RINOs.

  1. I will call on the Texas Secretary of State to disclose all information pertaining to mail-in ballots, and ensure that required legislative reports about mail-in ballots and early voting be submitted as required. Additionally, I will call for the elimination of mail ballots and reword the HAVA and LEAVE Acts to limit overseas mail ballots to only active-duty military.

As mentioned above, eliminating the voter registration database, we also help address this issue.

  1. No one running for State Chair has fought harder to secure our border than me. Over the last several years I have advocated a number of concrete plans and solutions which include: eliminating China’s and other hostile nations ability to buy land in Texas and the United States, making the Secretary of State a statewide elected official subject to election every four years, and enforcing applicable U.S. treaties, and making the Rio Grande a real natural barrier. Currently, in Texas, there are over 1,000,000 acres of land owned by Communist Chinese Party officials.

Additionally, we must end the ability for someone to get a voter registration card by simply presenting a utility bill with no other form of identification.

  1. I am a proud Texan of Hispanic descent and I have done more Spanish language media and outreach than any of our Texas elected officials combined.

My program to build a farm team is called “The Nehemiah Campaign” with a focus on recruiting, endorsing, and equipping down-ballot, nonpartisan races across the entire state.

I also plan to equip the grassroots with data and technology to effectively campaign and engage in direct voter contact without having to use political consultants, by training and equipping them with the latest campaign technologies and data, allowing them to go into neighborhoods no Republican has previously canvassed.

By recognizing that we have internal customers called the grassroots, we will find people with existing relationships who will find synergies with our party and who are really Republicans even though they may not yet realize it.

By focusing on getting Republicans elected who enjoy strong Hispanic support such as Donald Trump, we can bring more Hispanic voters into our party in the next four months than we did during the last four years.

  1. Yes, we must be aggressive if we are to remain the majority party in Texas.

At present, the RPT doesn’t own its own building. Last year, our party spent $250,000 just for downtown Austin rental space.

I am already talking to real estate developers to find a suitable location that will not only provide party office space but will allow our party to have a broadcast studio so we can assist our candidates, provide statewide grassroots training, and hold conferences for the grassroots. If this had been done back in the 1990s, we could have saved and generated millions of dollars which could have allowed for the opening of satellite offices around the state. A single $2 million dollar real estate transaction back then would have generated $16-$19 million in rent in the ensuing years – funds which could’ve been used to fund the party and its operations around the state of Texas.

No one else has this plan because they don’t have the background that I have as a former Texas Real Estate Commissioner who has been involved in countless real estate developments and transactions.

  1. My plan to equip, support, and mobilize the grassroots will make them the most politically effective weapon in the history of Texas politics guaranteeing that our elected officials will support their priorities or face their wrath at the ballot box. Any Texas elected Republican who thwarts the will of the grassroots must also be subject to censure and the denial of RPT funds and resources. I will be releasing a formal grassroots plan next week which will involve engaging all of the conservative grassroots, not just our precinct chairs and members of Republican-affiliated organizations.
  2. I have wanted to close the Republican Primary since Mitt Romney ran for President. It is imperative that the Republican Party of Texas maintain the integrity of our primaries. As State RPT Chair, I will make closing our primary a top priority.
  3. Just as our founding fathers intended – limited, transparent, close to home, and only when necessary!
  4. When we lost the original vote to make voter fraud in Texas a felony offense and to make human trafficking a death penalty eligible offense, I was very jaded by the situation and seriously considered directing my time and energies away from politics. Thankfully, I regained my focus and became more determined than ever to make a positive difference for our conservative values, our party, our state, and our nation. I came to the realization that we have bad actors in both political parties and that we must be just as diligent, if not more so, in holding our own party leaders and officials responsible for their actions, as we do those on the other side of the political aisle.
  1. In order to be effective in fundraising, we must demonstrate that we are good stewards of the funds entrusted to us by donors and that we are cost-effective, transparent, and ethical in how each dollar is spent.

My solution for owning our own headquarters will ensure that we have long-term revenue to engage the grassroots around the state, win elections, and to fund our state convention.

We must assure donors and the people of Texas that the Republican Party is not for sale. Everything I have laid out in my campaign is about empowering the grassroots and equipping them to win elections now, and to develop a farm team so we can continue to win elections in the future. If we do that we will gain the trust of donors big and small and they will no longer be afraid of investing in our party and our mission. The answer is not simply appealing to a handful of big donors. The answer is to do our job, win elections, and stick to the core values and platform planks of our party. We must provide excellent service to our customers – the voters and grassroots and run our party like the business it is. If we do that, then donors will return because they will see value in investing with us for the betterment of Texas and our country.

  1. I am a fourth generation Texan, and a proven conservative leader who was born and raised in the Alamo City. I am now running to put my over twenty years of conservative grassroots activism, including as an elected member of the State

Republican Executive Committee, to work for you as the next Chair of the Republican Party of Texas.

I am an election integrity and border security expert having led the fight to secure our elections, fight voter fraud, and fight back against the invasion occurring on our Southern border. I have also led the fight to defend the Alamo and to prevent the destruction of the historic Cenotaph which marks the final resting place of the Patriots who died there to secure a free and independent Texas.

I have served as a statewide Commissioner, having been appointed as Real Estate Commissioner by former Texas Governor Rick Perry, the U.S. Secretary of Energy under President Donald J. Trump.

During my term in office, I served under both Governor Perry and Governor Greg Abbott. As Texas Real Estate Commissioner, I worked with the Legislative and Executive Branches of the Texas government to oversee all licensing, regulation, and enforcement actions related to Realtors, Inspectors, and Appraisers. The Texas Real Estate Commission maintained a $23 million budget with close to 300 employees with responsibility for oversight and approval of more than 10,000 new license applications each year. I served as the budget chairman for the agency for three years. During this time, I worked with team members to modernize the agency while reducing costs and increasing customer service and efficiency. My gubernatorial appointment required confirmation by the Texas Senate and successfully passing a thorough background investigation.

I have been blessed to have a diverse professional career including in oil and gas business development and as vice president of business development at a major Texas Law firm. Over the course of 26 years in the regulated telecommunications industry at Southwestern Bell and AT&T, I served in various roles including outside plant design, engineering lead manager for the Southwest United States, and reporting directly to the Office of the President while overseeing resolution of Public Utilities, Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau complaints for the entire United States. I bring a strong corporate background from the oil and gas industry as well, serving as President of a leading oil and gas service company where I held my own unique operator’s license with the Texas Railroad Commission.

I established the P5 operating company in Texas holding the position of CEO. During this startup, I strategically identified stranded assets, and oversaw the securing of over 300,000 acres of water rights, including site selection of a very prolific geological feature, all while successfully negotiating a multiyear master service agreement with a major on-shore and off-shore operator to provide all water needs in the Eagle Ford Shale. This contract created a bottom-line value of annualized revenue of $62 million per year.

My conservative pro-business, free-market approach to doing business has proven successful in identifying solutions where others see only problems. That is why I am uniquely qualified to serve as Republican Party Chair during this unique and challenging time in our state’s and nation’s history. I have and will always stand up to Leftist Democrats like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, Beto O’Rourke, and Geroge Soros, as well as to the moderates within the Republican Party who want to squander our freedoms and put our liberties at risk by giving aid and comfort to those who wish to diminish them.

I was an NCAA bull rider at Texas A&M University in Kingsville, later graduating from Wayland Baptist University where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I am also a licensed mediator and maintain a successful mediation and arbitration practice.

My wife Geneva and I have been married for almost twenty-five years. Together, we have five beautiful children. We reside in San Antonio where we are active members of Friendship Church where I serve as Executive Pastor.

I am honored to have the endorsement and the complete and total support of many conservative Texas leaders including Texas Commissioner of Agriculture Sid Miller, Patriot Academy Founder Rick Green, and 2nd Amendment Champion Ted

Nugent who serves as my campaign treasurer.

  1. I will: – Empower grassroots conservatives and unleash them as the most potent political force in Texas.

                 – Fight to secure our ballots and to restore election integrity so that the people of Texas can have faith in the fact that our elections are secure, accurate, and trustworthy.

                 – Ensure that our conservative legislative priorities are enacted and that our lawmakers understand that Republicans are in the majority in Texas and it’s high time we start acting and governing accordingly.

  1. I have been in the conservative trenches for well over two decades fighting to protect our values, defend our freedoms, and keep Texas the greatest state in the greatest nation on the face of the earth. Not only do I have a record of real-world business experience and success, I have also served a governor-appointed Texas Real Estate Commissioner, an elected member of the State Republican Executive Committee, a pro-life advocate, a defender of The Alamo, a border security champion, and an election integrity expert. No one running for chair has my unique background, training, or experience in working with my fellow Texans whether at the grassroots level or in the halls of the highest levels of elected office. We find ourselves in a unique time and what can be a pivotal turning point for our party, our state, and our nation. I have been preparing myself for this position for a very long time and it is now time for me to answer the call so we can keep Texas, Texas, and the last best place.
