The Marxist, socialist left has pitched a hissy fit over Melania Trump praying the Lord’s Prayer at the Trump Rally this past Friday in Melbourne, Florida. She has been mocked, belittled, castigated and reviled as hypocrite by the Marxists who have proven they hate God by their own actions in supporting the killing of unborn babies, the promotions the wicked homosexual lifestyle and in disparaging, berating and loathing Christians who stand up for their faith.
The Lord’s Prayer was taught by Jesus to His disciples, “Pray, then, in this way:
“Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we have forgiven those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen.”
I thank God that Melania Trump prayed the Lord’s Prayer and that the attendees of the rally joined in the prayer.
God’s word is the offensive weapon that we have been given to tear down the strongholds of the enemy and proclaim release to the captives. “For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)
No matter what motives the Marxists and socialists may ascribe to Melania for praying of the Lord’s Prayer, I just rejoice that God’s word was proclaimed to the nation. It was all over the national media and the social media.
“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth. It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:10-11)
